Pencilbox plans the week, grades the work, and preps the learning period packet.

From photos of your kid's pages and what you log, it makes the grades, next week's printable pack, and the packet your ES asks for. You check every grade.

When the week is done, your kid photographs the pages from one upload link. An AI model grades each page; you check every grade beside its photo and change any you disagree with. It keeps a running record of what your kid gets and what keeps missing, and writes next week's pack from it. At the end of the learning period it preps the packet, and you send it to your ES.

Next week builds on this week

From the pages it grades and what you log, it keeps a short description of your kid: what they get, what keeps missing, which pages look like they need a parent's check. Next week's pack is built from it, so the missed fact repeats until it sticks and the pattern goes on the cheat card. You can read every version. Your kid never touches it, and nothing reaches your ES unless you send it.

Made for Connecting Waters

Built for CWCS families only. The charter's calendar, sample rules, and PE log are in it. So are the grade bundle's books, Go Math and the rest, with lesson and page numbers typed in from the physical copies. If a page number isn't confirmed, the pack names the lesson instead of guessing. Writing pages follow the MyAccess benchmark: claim first, evidence from the text, ending last.
